The Program Coordinator for Student Success position reports to the Assistant Director for Student Success in Multicultural Student Programs and Services (MSPS) and helps fulfill the mission and strategic plan of the office, with a particular focus on programming in the area of student academic development. The Program Coordinator must bring knowledge in the field of multicultural student development and student leadership development as it relates to students of color in higher education. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the work of the Assistant Director for Student Success in areas such as the development, coordination, and execution of various programs, specifically those with an academic focus. As a member of the MSPS team, the Program Coordinator will support office initiatives organized by other team members for the holistic development of our constituents.
